P&P Absconder

On April 17th, Sgt Labby was called for service for a wanted person. Upon Arrival of the residence Sgt Labby spoke to the probation and parole officers on scene who stated they witnessed William David Harvey throw something. Sgt Labby located a cellophane baggie with a crystaline substance inside. William Harvey admitted to throwing the baggie. Harvey was booked into the Dallas County Jail on the outstanding P&P Warrant, and Sgt. Labby Submitted charges to the Dallas County Prosecutor for the possession of Methamphetamines.
The outcome serves a reminder that P&P Absconders & being in possession of illegal substances in Dallas County, Missouri will not be tolerated. Let’s all stay vigilent and report any suspicious activity.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
